TLV is committed to ensuring timely delivery and adhering to the highest standards of quality. We ship through premier courier services throughout the week, except on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (“Working Days”). TLV does not undertake international order delivery. Unless otherwise specified by TLV, the delivery of the products will be to the delivery address as mentioned in the Registration Data within 7 (seven) Working Days except for the state of Jammu and Kashmir and the north-east region of India, the delivery time of which will be more than 7 (seven) working days (as intimated by TLV). Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the delivery agency’s website. An e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the delivery agency’s information. Exchange/return of the products sold through the Website shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Orders and Returns’ Policy. 

The contents hereof shall constitute TLV’s orders and returns’ policy in relation to the Service rendered on this Website (“Orders and Returns’ Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

All orders must be placed on this Website and are subject to the Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the paragraphs under the heading “Pricing and Availability” in the Terms And Conditions of Use. An order is placed only after you have made full payment for the same through this Website. All products and information displayed on this Website constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. TLV reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Our acceptance of your order shall take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered by you through this Website. No act or omission by TLV prior to our dispatch of the products(s) shall constitute acceptance of your offer.

Delivery of the products as placed on the Website shall be to the address as mentioned in the Registration Data. Please provide your complete, accurate and current address including zip code and mobile number in the Registration Data as it will assist us in delivering the product.

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website or return any of the product(s) purchased through this Website. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned. Products purchased through the Website cannot be exchanged or returned in any store. Kindly note that vis-à-vis you, you purchase the product when you pay for it online through your credit card/debit card/net banking account. If you retain the products without written intimation to TLV regarding any defect or rejection of the products within 24 (twenty four) hours from the time of delivery of the product as evidenced by the receipt provided by the relevant delivery agency, it shall be deemed to be accepted by you and you shall have no claims against TLV regarding the product. Please note that any defects or rejection will only be considered by TLV under the following circumstances:

1. When the defect is a manufacturing defect; or
2. When the product purchased by you on the Website is damaged during delivery of such product.
You agree that TLV shall solely decide whether any of the above circumstances are applicable in case it receives a claim that a product purchased by you falls within any of the above circumstances.

Upon receiving your written intimation within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery of the product regarding a defect or rejection of such product, along with details of the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and a photograph of the product claimed to have a manufacturing defect or a product damaged during transit, an investigation will be carried out by TLV or agencies appointed by TLV. Based on the results of the investigation, TLV shall either (i) accept the damaged and/or rejected product and replace it with a fresh product, or (ii) accept the damaged and/or rejected product and refund the amount of the product paid by you, when there is no availability of the product, or (iii) reject your claim of defect and/or rejection. You agree that TLV’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding and no claims thereafter shall be entertained by TLV.

In case you do not receive the product(s) that have been dispatched by TLV within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of placing the order on this Website and if you have not been contacted by TLV, you are required to contact TLV at either the address mentioned under ‘Contact us’ or e-mail us at tiltstore@tlvsolutions.com. The product dispatch details will then be sent to the e-mail address provided by you as part of the Registration Data. 

TLV does not accept liability for you not being able to receive the product after it has been dispatched by TLV. TLV shall have the product delivered to you upon giving it to a delivery agency. In case the product cannot be delivered by the delivery agency due to you not being present at the delivery address provided by you, the delivery agency may contact you for delivery of the product in accordance with its practices. In the event the delivery agency cannot contact you due to you not being available, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) TLV has the right to retain the product and dispose of it in any manner whatsoever; and (ii) you shall forfeit the amount paid by you for such product; without any further liability to TLV (“Failed Delivery”). Unless otherwise provided herein, you shall not be entitled to a refund: (i) for the amount charged on your credit card/ debit card/ net banking account once you have ordered the product (ii) of any amount in case you have provided incomplete or wrong delivery address/information and the product is not delivered to you; (iii) of any amount upon a Failed Delivery; and (iv) of any amount on your refusal to accept the product. 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to limitations on the availability of products for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit card/ debit card/ net banking fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled by TLV after your credit card/ debit card/ net banking account has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit card account/ debit card account/ net banking account within 15 working days.
